Meet the Business Owner
Al Rosario has amassed extensive construction experience over the past 25 years, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients in New York City. Born and raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn, Al has a deep understanding of the unique needs of his fellow New Yorkers. His years of experience working on both residential and commercial projects enable him to provide accurate, detailed, and fair quotations to his clients. From 2001 to 2008, Al served as a project manager for T. Moriarty & Son, Inc., where he managed over $200 million in capital projects for the Port Authority of NY & NJ, Amtrak, DEP, MTA, and other private contracts. Prior to that, he worked as an estimator for DGC Capital Contracting, Inc. from 1996 to 2001, where he estimated commercial and residential construction projects for a variety of clients, including property managers, supermarkets, big-box retailers such as Home Depot, Target, BJ's, malls, and more.
